"Manyogyu" is a Japanese Black beef produced in Tottori Prefecture that has been awarded the highest quality in Japan.The owner, a yakiniku lover, has traveled around the country eating at yakiniku restaurants to create the ultimate course! This is a course that meat lovers will no doubt return to again and again! *For an additional 500 yen, you can add all-you-can-drink draft beer.

Nikumon is the first restaurant in Kyoto to be certified to handle Manyo beef.

It is said that there are 20,000 yakiniku restaurants across the country, but there are only 94 restaurants where you can eat Manyo beef, making it a miraculous beef.

What is Manyo Beef?

This cow was awarded the top honor in Japan at the National Wagyu Beef Competition.

Thanks to recent improvements in Wagyu beef and advances in fattening techniques, the number of cattle with high meat volume and marbling has increased in a short period of time.Among them, "Tottori Inaba Manyo Beef" is a special breed, a rare Japanese Black beef that has achieved stable quality through "integrated management" that returns to the origins of "delicious beef" and makes repeated efforts to increase the fat content and meat quality, managing the entire process from calf to shipment.

Its distinctive feature is its low melting point fat, which melts easily in the mouth and has a high-quality taste.The fat is not heavy and has a sharp texture similar to high-quality butter.

Simply put, it is Japanese Black beef that does not cause stomach upset even in the marbled areas.This is a miraculous cow that has achieved many successes in cattle shows.
